The Postpartum Blues: Coping with the Impediments of Childbirth!

What is Postpartum?

  5. Be open to change: Be open to the possibility that your birth plan may change and be flexible. Sometimes, unexpected events happen during labor and delivery that may require adjustments to your plan.
